Attend an interactive 2 hour long mental wellness workshop with the following discussion topics-
1. managing stress
2. self care
3. extending help to colleagues in distress
4. navigating through an isolating high pressure work environment
Everyone is invited and highly encouraged to attend this, even if it is for part of the workshop.The focus of the workshop will be you and your thoughts. You are more than welcome to attend even as a bystander. There will be coffee and snacks.
